Evolve Consulting Co. was founded with a bold idea: hiring should be accessible, strategic, and transformative for every business—no matter the size.
As an ex-corporate gal with 20 years of experience across small businesses, mid-sized companies, and enterprise organizations, I often found myself stepping in to fill hiring gaps—because no one else was. Now, as a business owner and a mom, I see new gaps we need to address.
The way we work is shifting, and both employers and talent are craving more time, flexibility, and freedom.
